At Skin Origins, we are dedicated to providing high-quality skincare products. However, we understand that there may be times when a return or exchange is needed. Please review our policy below:
Damaged or Incorrect Product Delivery
If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on returning the item and will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand by the quality and effectiveness of our products. If our product does not work for you after using 50% or more of the bottle, we will gladly offer a refund. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase.
Return or Exchange Eligibility
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.
- The return or exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- An original proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required for all returns or exchanges.
